BOB Card Application Problem

Guys I'm not sure why do we require 2 cards even keep 2 cards??
If it is LTF then fine but other than this I don't see any value addition.
To be honest even I don't see any value in this .... If it would've been Select and Premier, maybe Yes as select is better for Online shopping.

But BOB Easy does not seem attractive in any way !

guys what should i do i got select with 40 k which i not seem to have any complain but in future limit LE will take time to cross even 2 lakhs so email to bob and ask to upgrade to premier even though select is better for online or once i complain to bob will attached infinia limit cs with 12.36 and somehow they will give me eterna (High hopes somehow) cause they did made a mistake from their end , or they will give me 2 cc with premier being with higher limit than 40K? what you guys think

Hi All,
As you all know, I received BOB Easy Variant though I applied for BOB Premier ... After a few mails to-and-fro with BOB cards, they were not ready to change the card variant. Picture 1 shows their initial response on complaining regarding the card variant.
I kept on following procedure, from mailing crm@bobfinancial.com , then mailing crm1@bobfinancial.com after 5 days marking
cgmicdor@rbi.org.in in CC.
2 days later, I got a email where I was marked in CC. The mail was just a forward of my mail chain with BOB. Attached as Picture 2 for reference

From : cgmicdor@rbi.org.in
To : cgmicdosco@rbi.org.in
CC : <<MY_EMAIL_ID>>

And just the next day , 31st May 2021, I finally received a mail from BOB Cards that they are in process of upgrading my card. Attached as Picture 3 for reference.

Thankyou cgmicdor@rbi.org.in and cgmicdosco@rbi.org.in for taking prompt action.
BOB Sucks.

Hey bro I am also in same condition I have got select instead of premier a day ago i have mailed them regarding that on crm@bobfinanicial.com today what should I do now pls help mee i am eligible for it

bob change card type easily... just email them and tell them you have applied for premier card not select and you want premier card only. they will change. it might take some time... but they will change.
BTW, select is better than premier for online uses... premier is good for selected category only.

Yah i know but I have ace and Millennia card so it is of no use for me and also share the mail id where I have to mail them.

Thanks, CC did help me. I applied eterna, looks like it was approved with 3L limit, but it is not LTF :(
Received the card today, it is indeed 3L limit. I also registered the card in bob website and i could login, but card details like limit and other informations are not shown, neither i could set PIN.. not able to enable transactions for online. This was not case when i registered easy card variant for a family member.

Any one faced such issues?
