Query regarding Au bank digital account

the physical debit card necessary on au digital account… I can see au abhi account variant which only has virtual debit card.. But uts validity is only showing 1 year…. I dont want to take any physical payment based debit card… As already having free debit cards….

Bob gave rupay platinum directly or anything special you had to do? I had applied for one but I got the normal rupay with it not the platinum. I gave up later as even that I received after 3 months.

I called customer care and applied there... I think there is an option on their website also... Form given.. You can download and submit to branch....

What are the charges for both HDFC and BoB

Was told it will be platinum one with 177 fees
they told to keep 200 starting balance at least for fees
a/c is zero balance
NEFT/IMPS are free
I said no to checkbook
sms charges are per quarter 18 rs
Doesn't have home branch concept

I didn't ask anything else.

Probably no but AU cc are kind of shitty, will not take it unless its given LTF, which they will not. So, it kind of doesn't matter to me.

Maybe they offer them LTF in Q3/Q4 you never know.

I got it in 3-4 months. Maintained less than 1000 rupees and got Altura Plus credit card as pre-approved, no docs asked, no CIBIL hit yet.

Dont take Altura at any cost.... Best try for vetta or zenith.... Zenith itself is ltf only for their given set of company which includes some psu, s and mnc, s

If you opened digital account via bob world app u wont get option for Rupay Platinum.... Only visa classic..... If you opened via bob website you will see option for rupay platinum.... If not then you have to call cs.... I tried 3 times... On third call the cs executive was able to understand the issue and applied... The first two told.. Have to visit branch....

Actually I had not opened a/c in Bob at all, I had education loan and account in Vijaya bank, it was overtaken by Bob 2-3 years ago.

Actually I had not opened a/c in Bob at all, I had education loan and account in Vijaya bank, it was overtaken by Bob 2-3 years ago.

Not tried. Maybe I'll try after a few months.

I did ask my branch manager that I can open a current account with them if they offer me LTF credit card, they said they can't do that.
