Paid bill 13K using IDFC Rupay on Zavo Rewards, but it was not credited instantly? More than 4 hours passed, no update?
Last time it was coming instantly. Has anyone received the same time ?

I think it depends on credit card bank.

Today i paid kotak cc from zavo, it was instant.

Bro, is there any time ( number of days after the regular account) to upgrade ? Or anytime we upgrade, we get the extra bonus points ?

3 months ago i opened 10k regular account.
I am eligible to upgrade. I was bit lazy to read the full T&C to upgrade, assuming there could be penalty if downgraded.
Now, seeing everyone's post, planning to upgrade, need to know any timeline or any future problems if downgraded.

No timeline or gaps needed for update.

Basic - Select/Wealth/Private (No Timeline)
Select - > Wealth - > Private (6 Months Timeline in between)

You can apply add-on Firstap RuPay DC (this is also Wealth Debit card but on RuPay variant).

you both debit card will coexist.

Now use your RuPay variant Firstap Wealth debit card on Zavo app and pay cc bills and get same rewards as your wealth account.

I went to IDFC netbanking as well as app - but couldn't see any way to apply for additional or addon card. Will try and contact RM tomorrow.

Is the 30k limit for select inclusive of 4000 points welcome one as well. Also Earlier axis card could be paid by RBL sig+ through freecharge on their app without any charges. I tried but the transaction couldn't succeed only it gets failed without going to otp asking to contact with rbl mastercard.

Yes welcome bonus is included in the limit.

Just located the main post (I assume this is the one: https://www.technofino.in/community...r-credit-card-bill-payment-in-may-2025.38397/) I see Apply FirstTap with one time issuance fee of ₹99+GST. Just wanted to confirm that this is the one you were mentioning with the fees.

I have SBI Virtual Rupay Debit card. I was using SBI Unipay to pay the CC bills. Will try paying via PhonePe or Freecharge. Thank you.

I paid bill through Freecharge - bill was paid successfully. Didn't see instant rewards in SBI account - waiting for them to credit. Thank you!

I was using zavo app for 4k credit card bill payment. after entering otp, app crashed and i received 500 server error. amount got deducted from idfc accout, and there is no proof of transaction in the zavo app. Shall i raise transaction dispute with idfc or refund will come automatically ? if automatically, then in how many days ? 3-5 days you will get the refund. So wait till Wednesday to Friday.
