I've paid HSBC live+ bill on the 4th/5th midnight using Zavo and FIRSTAP DC, but it doesn't reflect on the hsbc app.
Money has left idfc account, and I have bbps id of the transaction as well. I've checked with the hsbc customer care, they told me the bill payment takes some time to reflect on the statement, but the payment day will be on the day I paid.

Now,
She didn't verify that any payment has been done to my card.
5th was last day to pay my cc bill and the payment still doesn't reflect on the app.
Idfc bank didn't get the refund tho.

What are the chances my bill payment fails?

People who have been paying bills using IDFC DC, please share your experience.

I'm quite tensed.

Notes:
First time trying this to pay bills.
Other CCs reflect the payment. This card is an anomaly.
Used the card on Amazon yesterday. That transaction is "pending", but the bill payment is not "pending" on the app. No entry of the bill payment.

Currently using indusind signature debit card on cred.... For 1,14,000 rs payment u can get around 1% cashback....
For less payment it will be less as its a tiered cashback structure... Max cap of 1,14,000 payment per month...for which u will get rewards...1 rewards point is 0.35 rs.
is Indusind visa signature + cred still giving reward , I thought it was dead long back ..

What is the merchant name u r getting?

And when was the last time u did the transaction? And did u get the point for that?

And will it also work on RBL SPDC? Cause it's also visa
Used last week only and got points... Getting merchant as dreamplug paytech soluBENGALURU

CANT SAY ABOUT RBL. AS DONT HAVE IT

Was going to use it on payzapp and see for transactions below 50000 but they have burned the bridge.... Also used to get on flipkart too using indusind signature debit card for credit card bill payment but they too have removed credit card bill section altogether .... So have to find some alternatives now for payment below 50000
