What is the best premium credit cards for annual spending of ~20 lakhs?

I am looking for some rewarding credit card options after the Magnus Devaluation. Can you guide me through the process of choosing one?

CCgeek has recommended HDFC Diners Black and Amex Credit Cards, but I couldn't find a proper comparison tool to help me decide which one to choose, even in the Amex category itself. Additionally, Axis Atlas might not suit me as it offers tier-based rewarding credit cards. What should I do in this case?
