Okay so for first few months your required balance is 0. That's why nothing is being showed in the app. Whenever maintenance part hits your acc, it will start showing the req balance.

Acha one question as I opened account on 5 Feb and kept 5k till today and today I changed my branch to some random rural branch and I suppose it will get converted by Monday so can I remove 2k from my account ?
Just confirm once from customer care/branch that new mab has come in effect or not. If yes then obv you can maintain as req.
New branch name will get displayed in netbanking and mobile app within 24 hours. Check MAB there. For me, customer care told that new MAB will be updated by this month end. Update your status here too.
So its 15 days from the date of request. I placed request on 6th Feb. I should be able to see MAB changes by 22nd Feb.
So why they are sending request successfull message and email then

One more update on Xpress way portal my new mab of 2.5k is showing with new branch
2.5 means u have to maintain 75k total in month ..
