Upgrade from legend to tiger, is it really free?

I have had a lot of disappointing experience with indusind bank.
Their customer service is one of the worst. They keep on flashing this number to dial for customer service (186026777777) it may look like toll free but it's chargeable

Please read below attachment, I gave them consent of legend to tiger if it's free but now they saying it's chargeable. I haven't activated my card yet. What shoud I do?

Request customer care over email to upgrade the card to tiger

I am trying get Tiger card, can any one suggest easy way to get it. I am unable to connect IndusInd bank customer care. If I tried to apply from website it is showing error message that I am already having IndusInd credit card. No telecall ( 3rd party) is issuing/upgrading to tiger card.

Please suggest..

I got legend initially, not activated and mailed to PNO to upgrade to Tiger card. After few exchange of mails - today I received a SMS that new IndusInd card ends with XUXX has dispatched, I contacted customer care and he mentioned it's tiger card. waiting for it's arrival.🤩🤩

is there any spend criteria for longue access?
