Upgrade from legend to tiger, is it really free?

I have had a lot of disappointing experience with indusind bank.
Their customer service is one of the worst. They keep on flashing this number to dial for customer service (186026777777) it may look like toll free but it's chargeable

Please read below attachment, I gave them consent of legend to tiger if it's free but now they saying it's chargeable. I haven't activated my card yet. What shoud I do?

They asked me the same, try negotiating
It's just a one time fee.
After tiger you can't go back to their core card

Okay, same here but I'm planning to open select account in indusind for dc. Only reason i felt bad after losing legend was when i came to know about selecg account as zero balance account. The dc has some good features where the atm withdrawal in international is without any markup
