Yes but Many pincodes wont be there and few are marked as negative . All online cases will be declined if its in negative zone

The thing is, if it is serviceable then only it goes past the first screen.. otherwise it won't in most cases..

Thenks for the information. I think nobody wants a CIBIL hard enquiry for a non serviceable area. Every bank should deploy this kind of system.
