I have had an Education Loan for the past 4 years and a good MAB in my Union Bank account, also I have taken Rupay Platinum Debit Card from Union Bank which provides good offers. Now I am looking for getting the Rupay Select Credit card from Union Bank, preferably in dual card format - https://www.unionbankofindia.co.in/english/debit-cum-credit-card.aspx . Does anyone have an idea on the process for getting a Union Bank credit card?

The Union Bank credit card website says one can apply for Union Bank credit card by visiting the branch. There are no other channels for applying, not even online. It would be best to visit the branch and enquire.

Union bank's mobile app has an option to apply for credit card , but that will get you halfway only. Ultimately they will call you and ask for a branch visit.

Same for me. My first savings account , opened by my grandfather when I was in school. My father too had account there. Kind of family bank.

For same reason I opened Normal Savings A/C with 15k, filled up form for Credit Card and Submitted. Manager asked is there any card I am using or not, later he tried filling that in the CC forms and after 3 entries there was no place .
He also written my expected credit limit on the form.

Rupay Platinum is the variant.
Docs: 2 Years ITR, trade License. That's it.

Tried online Application form, received this error from my PAN no, I think my offline application approved.

Applied Saturday. Today is friday. 7 days, no verification, not even a phone call. Just basis of documents. Lovely process.
