Onecard Indian Bank , bank offers not applying

Hey guys,

I recently got the onecard upgraded from secured to unsecured by Indian Bank.

The issue im facing is that for any onecard offer , whenever I input my card details, I get the message that this code is not applicable on your card.

I've tried this on Zomato , park plus and amazon ( all have some onecard offer running) and all of them throw the same error.

I believe onecard has not updated Indian Bank cards to make use of the offer ( I asked CC and they were clueless and raised a ticket to look into it)

Any other Indian Bank onecard holders that can confirm if you're facing the same?

Seems Indian Bank is not interested in sharing the margin with One card. So they have left it I guess.

Really stupid and doesn't make sense.

I noticed that on Zomato they changed the offer to " select onecard users"

Why would they partner with such a bank ?

So some onecard users get the offers and others don't?

I complained to their CX team and the ticket has been open for over a month with no resolution yet.
