Transfer from travel edge are not going through

I initiated a transfer to Accor through travel edge on July 8. It has not been credited so far. Travel edge customer service is clueless.
I initiated another transfer on Jul 12 and that went through in 2 days.
Since then I have initiated transfers to Mariott, Accor and ITC. None of them are complete. The status for all of them is 'initiated'

Travel edge claims that many customers are affected and they are asking me to wait. There is no sign of resolution. I emailed PNO and after 3 days sent an email asking me to wait.
I do not have any issue logging into travel edge. I have not used any of the wallets (that are being flagged now) or BharatNxt.

Is anyone else affected? Can someone please guide me how to escalate this?
