Why the posts of secret group is indexed by Google? I understand it is accessible only by group members but indexing also should not be there. I got the notification of my own secret group via Google app.

I think it's been picked up from your own customised google feed notifications and shown into results only on your device.

Coz such links are visible to me from long time.

Try searching same keywords on a fresh device and you'll not get this.

Pls share the url of the original thread, will have to look if post was ever moved to secret group to public thread or vice versa

I hardly use Google app but no wonder Google can do anything. As per my understanding, it is possible to prevent indexing for few sections of forum. Though the link is not accessible but content of it is visible in search summary.
