Tata neu infinity to DCB metal upgrade Help

They denied i escleteded to PNO, and now they ready to give upgrade.
I escalated till MD desk even after the denied.. 😜😜

Now ball is with RBI BO 😂😂.
They responded that Tata neu being a co-branded card can't be upgraded to RBI BO as well..

So if you get upgrade then help me with your ticket number on which upgrade of tata neu to DCB has been done.
It can help me as well..😜😜

I was in full plan to close the Tata Neu and then apply for best available card. I told them on phone call, ITR match but no income from business so they denied and asking for RM help and i already contact RM for 1 month so I frustrated and told him give it or I will go to RBI as a imperia banking I should have premium card not co brand.
 
Still no update, they created a new case ID on 8 Aug and replied on 11 Aug, Metioend can not offer Infinia ( but I accepted DCB metal offered by PNO ). I replied same email and PNO, so the grievance team created again new Case ID, and the PNO team did not reply.

I requested Infinia or DCB metal, and after many emails to the grievance, I got a template reply, but I got lucky after sending an email to PNO, they offer DCB metal FYF

5 Aug - "In the event you wish to avail the aforesaid card upgrade, we request you to revert to us from your registered e-mail id with the below details / sharing your acceptance to enable us review your upgrade request subject to internal checks." (From pno help desk)
5 Aug - I sent acceptance mail
8 Aug - Received new case ID and mail from grievance
"This is with reference to your recent e-mail dated August 04, 2025, regarding the HDFC Bank credit card.
We wish to inform you that we are looking into your concerns raised regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account and shall respond to you on August 22, 2025. We request you to bear with us in the interim."

12 Aug

why are you creating these many threads for single query?
It will be done,give them some time man.

Keep following with them in regular intervals, you will get DCB Metal for sure.
