[Star Alliance] Asiana Airline Flight Booking

I am looking to book a flight from Hong Kong to Incheon (South Korea) for 16 July. I checked Asiana Airline and they have an economy reward booking available for 15000 miles + 100$ taxes. However, Asiana is not an Axis transfer partner. Is there any trick/hack/legit process of booking it with the existing Star Alliance transfer partners that Axis has?
I checked Singapore Airlines and it does not even recognise Hong Kong. United has a 50% more miles requirement than Asiana and Turkish has a flight through Istanbul with crazy layovers.
I thought we could book any Star Alliance flights from any of the partners. But, that doesn't seem like the case. Am I missing something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check star alliance redemption in turkish. Award availability is there for OZ722. Would cost 20000 miles + taxes with miles and smiles.

I checked the book start award tickets option in Turkish and it shows no available flights for the selected date
