Forward to RBI ombudsman, adding icici pno in CC asking compensation for all the mental anguish and anxiety you faced.

Compensation calc: at least 1L per extra card you got in the app.

I can try but I think we can only complain if there is no solution for 30 days.

Looks like my new cards are gone from my account. Most probably being reissued!

Yeah that might happen as I got the rubyx dual card today and the card started reflecting in app yesterday.

Chill nothing happens..
If you are too particular just block this card and get a new one
