Proper app for HDFC Credit Cards !

Whenever I access https://mycards.hdfcbank.com/, I keep wondering why the hell they made this ?
It can only be accessed from mobile, then why they just cant make a proper app ? Everytime I have to access it, have to wait for OTP and accept some kind of disclaimer.
Further, the navigation is so bad!

There are so tiny banks, who were able to make their website user friendly and here are you, being the biggest bank of India and you dont even have a proper app !!!


Why HDFC Why ??

Maybe they can't afford a proper app (developers for making their app), since they can only loan 50k as an initial credit limit compared to other banks even for their HNI customers.

I believe someone high up the ranks needed to complete his/her KRA.


Else the app doesn't make sense, solves no purpose; Just another bloating addon

This is so bad that a Top Bank of India cannot afford (or dont want to) hire deelopers who can actually develop a usable app !
I guess the people in their Tech team are from previous geneation and unable to move forward !!

There is No dedicated or proper App for HDFC, infact HDFC app is quite laggy and basic, you can use HDFC netbanking app to go to your card details and controls

Yes.. Even local TN based TMB bank has better app interface connecting all related accounts than HDFC.
