SBI Rupay Virtual DC

I have a habit of paying all my CC bills in one go so on 31st I paid 7-8 bills through Canara Setu. After one point txns started getting declined for safety reason which I thought could be a temporary thing but it was the same next day also. Upon checking my Yono app, I do not see any Debit Card linked to my account. Did SBI close or block my DC, Idk? But since I was able to request a new one, I think it has been closed.

Is this the right thing? How can they close my card without my request? Also they did not even care to inform.

I am thinking of taking this up with RBI and demanding a compensation. What do you guys think?

For idfc if 3 txn back to back they temp block dc untill verification call comes and u verify or u call customer care and they verify and unblock ur dc.

we can pay credit card bill on sbi unipay with sbi debit card to get points right?

Don't know about unipay
But i pay on mobikwik using sbi virtual visa dc
Where i get 1.5% (1% upto 25{mobikwik offer} and 0.5 using sbi vdc)

It will give 1.5% for upto 2500 bill amount only.

For me every month, my total credit card bills come to around 1L and I pay it using SBI VDC in Unipay and I get near to 1% cashback. That's pretty good enough for me. (Avoiding the hassles of opening another bank account just for paying bills and getting cashback.)
