SBI Debit Card not received even after one month

Hello Mates,

My debit card was issued on 2nd April'22 and even after almost one month I haven't received either any tracking/dispatch info or the actual card.

I reached out to the customer care multiple times and registered a case id but I was told that my complaint got approved/closed however, yet to receive my card.

Have dropped a tweet to SBI Official as well but still no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🥺.

Ok just checked online and PFB charges. Variant is SBI Global International Debit Card and received the Rupay one. Happy to add a Rupay card in my wallet 😁.

Issuance Charges: Nil
Annual Maintenance Charges: Rs 125/- plus GST
Card Replacement Charges: Rs 300/- plus GST

Which rupay variant is it? SBI has rupay indianoil as well, which is a good debit card. I've it, it accumulates reward point on fuel.

Normal Rupay, cannot see the keyword 'Platinum' so probably will not get discounts on load money to Amazon Pay 🥲.

Okay, no problem. I had also not gotten platinum option while changing my visa debit to rupay with SBI, hence I shifted to Indianoil one.

No, it cuts only 400 from account but adds 500 to apay.

Got the card just now, this time it is superfast, reached within 3 business days.

Exactly what I told you
Such stupid ombudsman complain for just a debit is plain stupid
I know people encourage that , but trust me it's always better to talk with the ground staff

Only rupay platinum, its quite hard to get it lately.

Banks just don't want to give it. Even banks which issue it as primary card
