Yesterday, I received an email from Yes Bank addressed to "Dear Yes Prosperity." After reading through it, I realized they’ve assigned me to something called "Yes Premia" - a kind of premium service that I never applied for and have no knowledge about. The email also included contact details for a Virtual Relationship Manager.
When I logged into their internet banking portal, I noticed a new "Yes Prosperity" banner that wasn’t there before.
Can someone explain what this is exactly? Is it something exclusive, or is it a generic upgrade that everyone receives?
