Received no reply from HDFC about duplicate Cibil removal

Recently I got Tata Neu infinity HDFC credit card and I saw that there were two cibil hits on 31st Oct from HDFC for this card.

I got the cibil report from axis cibil report website and attached it along with the control number and mailed to HDFC priority and Grievance Redressal email ids for removal of this duplicate Cibil inquiry.

It's been 10 days and I haven't received any reply from them
What to do next?

Solution
That stupid bank had created 6 (SIX) CIBIL HITS - all within a few days - issued one TataNeu Infinity card - AND CANCELLED IT BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME.

Can ANY BANK match this stupidity n efficiency ?

Illogical systems n procedures in this lousy bank. Doesn't have any controls or checks. Exceptionally poor in handling even basic common sense driven jobs.
