RBL is now giving away LTF World Safari/ICON from Shoprite if you are upgraded from Zomato Edition

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

Called in and asked about retention offers, got offered Icon or World Safari as LTF options.

Picked World Safari and will receive the new card in a couple of weeks.

Smoothest card conversion till date.

I dont think so it is only for Shoprite card holders who got it as Zomato was downgraded you can try

Same number. On selection card details in IVR took me to customer support. Below is the flow of IVR for me
1) language selection
2) select if already card customer
3) card selection if multiple credit crad
4) card detail

When the IVR announces the payment for the previous statement, press 1 after that you will get an options.

obviously no , instead email them and they will call you, downside is they block your limit temporary.

Anyway they will contact you for retention offer try to ask them for upgrade then they would most likely provide World Safari/ICON try to persuade them for LTF in retention call
