Raised a complaint with RBL and received a call from back-end team. They say the issue is with Merchants ( CheQ & Paytm) and they have been getting calls for the same reason from many of them. They asked to contact merchant to get it resolved.

guys, you all need to write an Email to the bank about these unethical practices that they are doing.

Mention that you will report it to the rbi ombudsman.
