i raised a complaint today on rbi ombudsman, but i didnt know how much to amount to put as compensation. my complaint was against sbi rewards who didnt give my rewards since last 4 months making a loss of 50rs+ asking for updates and giving them reminders but they didn't help at all. so i put 500 as compensation, lets see now. if anyone knows pls guide on how much i should have put instead of 500 and why.
