RBI Complaint deadlock

Hi all!

I am seeking your assistance regarding a deadlock I have encountered.

I had lodged a complaint against IndusInd Bank with RBI, through the portal - https://cms.rbi.org.in/ on 09.03.2025. However, the complaint remains open to date, with no resolution or meaningful response from the bank. The prolonged inaction by IndusInd Bank appears to be a deliberate attempt to delay proceedings and discourage me from pursuing an appeal or further action.

Please advice as to what should I do, given the circumstances.

I don't recall who was it that said if you want to be compensated, go with RBIO or if you are looking to solve the headache asap, then CPGRAMS. That advice worked wonders for me!
