I have closed postpe account and credit card and loan last year but till now it shows in the cibil report,credit card and loan as Active status how to close this?

Talk to postpe directly if they dont listen go to RBI BO

Escalate the issue with customer service of both postpe as well as the lender. Warn them that, you'll raise this issue with RBI ombudsman if they don't report the closure of loan account with credit bureaus.

Avoid NBFC and all those small post paid / credit limits like Mobikik, poste pe, lazy pay, paytm postpaid etc.
They just give you peanuts but have large impact on your score if something goes wrong.
On top of that none of them have established grievance redressal mechanism to sort out issues when things go south.
Now if you are not meticulous about CS then njoy what u can get.

Postpe created loan from innofin I closed the Postpe account 2 years back till now innofin loan is not removed from the cibil report

Did you get the NOC and closure confirmation from Postpe??
