Not sure about the frequency but it's definitely not monthly. Mine was last fetched on 14th March. So I'm guessing once in a quarter or something

The algorithms of these bureaus determine your score based on their internal criteria. Hence, your score varies across different bureaus.

Maybe issue from their side.Don't try to reach their cc they will ask you to get the paid subscription.Try another site/app for that.
