Because I do have PDF from CIBIL Axis page etc, but the last page has done away with amount. It just shows date and name of bank/financial org

Thanks, I checked it via https://www.iifl.com/credit-score and got option to download PDF report directly.

Nothing came via whatsapp nor saw any option.

But most important thing, do see the amount.

Strnage it was only Rs 100 credit card enquiry and still big drop in points

In this report credit limit and other things are not shown properly, that's why I shared second link of IIFL securities and it gives report on WhatsApp.

It was not working before for some months.... same is the case now with RBL and HDFC CIBIL website.

I feel it's useless. Just paid for it looking at "unlimited" checks but this is what they say on the portal. A 15 day period before I can check again. Waste of money.

Worse. It's the same monthly free check that other banks/institutions provide.

Here's the text of the email:

Sir/Ma'am,

I subscribed to Credit Pass last month which supposedly offers unlimited credit check but as I see, it does not provide unlimited credit check.

It refreshes only once a month which very different to what is promised to us. I refreshed it today (April 5th) and now I can only refresh it next month on the same date (May 5th).

I request you to fix it so that we can check/refresh unlimited times.

Last month also I faced same issue with yesbank link but it was fixed by next week.
So I am hoping it will be fixed in some time.
