Password format for annual statement

Does anyone know the password format for annual statement of Citibank credit card..

I have a annual statement file but the usual statement format which we use for monthly statements does not work..

Means credit card Annual statement.
.From where did you downloaded the same ?
On net banking its only allowing me to download month by month statements of past 18 months only.

For Saving accounts Annual statement is there but for cards only month by month option is there.See the SS.

Thanks guys.. problem resolved.. issue was my end. I was keying incorrect name.
