any dispute raised and accepted by bank for investigation will give temporary credit.. as per process.. same for failed transactions / cash not recvd at atm / unauthorized usage etc

I have been defrauded the similar way for reactivation of my sbi card, sbi has settled the transaction but have not given me temporary credit, is it processed after you provided them the documents or its by them on their own and after how many days of settlement of transaction you got the chargeback ?
