Need Help with Airtel Axis Credit Card VKYC Process

Hello,

On 01/04/2023, I applied for the Airtel Axis Credit Card using the Airtel Thanks App. However, I have been unable to complete the VKYC process as the website that the App redirects to is currently down. I have tried using a different App and clearing my data and cache, but the issue remains unresolved.

According to the App, my VKYC option will be removed in 2 days, on 03 April 2023. I am seeking assistance as I have already reached out to Axis CARE, but unfortunately, they were unable to help me.

I was facing the same for my family member since 31st March. But today it got completed.

Today morning I tried, the maximus link opened, AADHAR EKYC successfully processed. VKYC completed.

Try your luck. But as seen on your screenshot, it's just valid for 4 more hours.
If not completed, you will have to face physical KYC.
UPDATE - JUST COMPLETED KYC at 11:12 PM Today ....what should I do now?
