Migration of all financial tools (Pay Balance, Pay Later, ICICI CC) to new Amazon account.

My amazon account with active prime and a good limit ICICI APay card seems to be gone completely useless. Every single order I place, now goes "Undeliverable" (Screenshot attached). I have been trying to fix this by mailing them and escalating this to National Consumer Forum since last 6 months but no help! And, I really don't wanna waste my time on a court case for this.

So, I am thinking of completely migrating to a new Amazon account. I already know that APay ICICI Credit Card can be linked to a different account. But I want to transfer my Amazon Pay Balance and Pay Later account too.

Since, Pay Later and a full KYC Pay Balance (that supports upto Rs. 2 lakh balance) needs PAN card. I can not open those in my new account. So, I need help on how to close those in my old account and successfully use my PAN card to open new Pay Later and Pay Balance in my new Amazon account.

If anyone have any idea regarding the above issue. Please feel free to reply. Any advice or help is appreciated.
 
What is reason for orders marked as undeliverable?
Don't really know. Only thing I know that the thing is account specific. I can place the same order in same address at same time from a different account. It will deliver from that account but not from mine.

Same thing happening to one of my friend also. And few people I know also went through the same issue but not as frequent as mine and that friend.

Probably your account is flagged. Do you have high number of returns or high number of addresses ?
 
That's strange. Were you involved in any kind of fraud?
Not at all. Not a lot of returns either. But I use it a lot for utility bills via amazon pay balance. And as previously mentioned, account was used to order items at multiple different addresses. Same thing is happening to my friend's account. And he also a has lot of addresses added in his account.

I also have multiple addresses added. That too in different states. But never faced this issue.
 
Here's the reply from amazon after openly confronting them via ofm@amazon.in if my account has been flagged.

Any idea what can be done after this? They are openly accepting that they won't deliver any further orders.
Delete your address, payment information, Change your name, change your phone number, change your email to something else.

Create a new account and put your old information. Then request deletion of your old account which is flagged.

That account is gone now brother, amazon has flagged it due to your history. It's better if you start fresh.
 
how far i remember… i logged complaint to everywhere i could. And one day received this email .. and then everything sorted 😓

i also remember that i struggled so much for this . No cx had any idea about this
 
Even I got sometime the issue of 'item undeliverable' to the selected address. I have saaved more than 11 addresses of 3 states, but everything is working fine. My account is almost 10 years old and has cashback earned so far as 99,500! I do lots of utility, balance load by cc, GC add by various sources, do flight booking and travel booking, do transfer and most importently lots of returns. For unusually large returns i have been warned by amazon by sending mails, but still its going good and no such issue so far. I don't know ehen are they going to completely suspend my amazon account though!

After that how to map the new account with existing Apay?
