LTF Sapphiro/Emerald credit card

I would like to know what is the criteria for getting LTF Sapphiro/Emerald credit card. I don't have any prior relationship with ICICI bank.

What kind of offers? Are these regular Amex offers or only co-brand Amex offers? Are they different from Visa/MC/Rupay ICICI offers?

How u got pre approved.. Is it ur first icici card.?? .. Having icici salary account??

I have salary account with them. I have sbi elite but yearly cost is around 5k. So moved to this card as LTF. And BMS Offer and amex offers specially.
