I made two referrals yesterday, and both accounts paid a ₹5000 credit card bill, but neither I nor the referred accounts received any referral coins even after more than 12 hours.
I used the same credit card for both accounts. Could that be the reason?

I have a credit card bill of ₹12.8K for my Axis card.
From one account, I had previously paid a credit card bill of ₹5K (HDFC) and received 250 coins.
From a second account, I received 370 coins for two separate transactions — one of ₹5K and another of ₹2.4K both rewarded with 5% coins.
So far:
