I used the same credit card for both accounts. Could that be the reason?

I have a credit card bill of ₹12.8K for my Axis card.
From one account, I had previously paid a credit card bill of ₹5K (HDFC) and received 250 coins.

From a second account, I received 370 coins for two separate transactions — one of ₹5K and another of ₹2.4K both rewarded with 5% coins.

So far:

• In the first account, I’ve done only one transaction of ₹5K and received 250 coins (5%).
• In the second account, I’ve done two transactions (₹5K and ₹2.4K) and received 5% coins on both.

Now, which account should I use to pay the ₹12.8K Axis bill in order to maximize the number of coins I receive?
