Loaded money to payzapp from axis atlas - received msg for cash withdrawal

Hi Guys

I have tried 2 times loading money to payzapp from my axis atlas credit card. I am using payzapp after a very long time ..

But i received message for cash withdrawal (although my atm txn is disabled) instead of a normal online spend transaction

1. Have anyone encounter this type of issue ? is it an axis bank or payzapp issue?
2. I will not get any interest/fees if by mistake it treats it as cash withdrawal. (although it is not cash withdrawal txn)
