Limited time: Accor ALL Reduces Minimum Redemption Requirement to 1,000 Reward Points on app

From now until 15 September 2023, ALL is reducing the minimum redemption from 2,000 Reward points (equivalent to EUR 40) to 1,000 Reward points (equivalent to EUR 20) when booking on ALL.COM or the Accor ALL app.

seems like a targeted offer. I am not able to redeem in the multiples of 20EUR/1k points.

it is min redemption like 1000, 2000,4000 (in multiple of 2000 points only )

They just add min 1000 point redemption not in multiple of 1000 point.
