Auto Disbursement of Cashback during Card Upgrade scenario :

• From other card to Cashback+ Card upgrade case : The outstanding Reward Points/Miles/White pass in the old card account will be posted in new Cashback+ card account in the form of equivalent reward points, with value as per old card point rate
• From Cashback+ to Other Card upgrade case : The outstanding Reward Points in the Cashback+ account will be posted in new Kotak card account in the form of equivalent Reward Points/Miles/White pass, with value as per Cashback+ card reward point rate

How to Redeem Your Cashback on the Kotak Rewards Platform 💰

1. Open the Kotak Rewards Platform
2. Tap the menu (☰) icon on the top left and select “Login”
3. Enter your CRN and click “Get OTP”
4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email, then click “Submit”
5. In the “Card Type” dropdown, select “Credit Card”
6. Choose your Cashback+ Card from the “Card Number” dropdown
7. Enter the number of Reward Points you wish to redeem
8. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click “Submit”

📌 Note: Reward points can only be redeemed as cashback.
💸 1 Point = ₹1

One knowledgeable employee of Kotak told me that nowadays if any card is shown pre approved, they have a code through which they can make it Ltf while applying. Already tested it for Dad's Zen pre approved Ltf cc a few weeks ago.

Dad & me have family account in Kotak. A few weeks ago he got a same type of call for Zen Ltf. I went for it. Now, I got a call for Cashback+ Ltf. So I am thinking for it. Both with no Kotak cc ever.

Mujhe white ltf de rhe the. Branch se call aaya tha. I am ETB.
But I asked for White reserve. They said they have not yet started issuing it. Means bus jhuth ki golia de rhe the.. taaki mai white apply ker lu. I denied.

I've got Zen LTF, League LTF and UPI RuPay LTF but all are faaltu. Cashback+ LTF would've been nice or even PVR paid or an upgrade of Zen to White. No luck.
