If you don't travel a lot, cashback credit cards can be a very good option for you. Actually, credit card reward points offer great value if we use them to book travel. But if you don't travel, you have to convert those points to gift vouchers of different brands or you can convert points to statement credit. Normally, we get the lowest value per point in this case. However, there are some good credit cards available that give us statement credit directly against our spends or offer great value per point in case of statement credit conversion. Those are some of the best cashback credit cards available in India right now. There are some more cashback cards like Axis Airtel, HDFC Swiggy, HDFC Tata Neu, etc., but you are already getting a better credit card at more or less the same annual fees. Axis Airtel Credit card has its own problems; lots of cardholders complain about wrong cashback calculation, etc. With HDFC Swiggy credit card, you get cashback in the form of Swiggy money, which is not beneficial for everyone. The same problem exists with HDFC Tata Neu; you get neu coins against your spends, which is not beneficial for everyone. However, if it suits your requirements, you can go for those cards.

So the list is available in front of you; just select a credit card as per your spending categories and requirements and earn the highest possible cashback against your spends. If you need to apply for any of those credit cards, simply apply for that card using our link.
In my opinion, if you're cashback guy, consider getting the SBI Cashback Card for online shopping, the SC Smart Card for rent and government payments & categories typically excluded by major card issuers, and the Axis Ace for utility and offline spending.

Why do say so? Its gives 5% cb on all spends except fuel, rent, insurance and cash withdrawals, right? Given we enable that feature?
Account all the fee , it's just 3.3% and also every month hitting the same sweet spot is not possible.

Nope. It's 3.82% (1500-353 cashback for 3 months with spends of 30k). But catch is this milestone 5% cashback is given on all retails spends irrespective of category excpet for Rent, fuel, insurance and cash withdrawals. Achieving 7.5k every month is easier as this basically includes everything like groceries, dining, apparel, food delivery, etc.
I dont see any CC giving CB on almost everything you pay for.

For online sbi cb fetches 5% .
For offline cc acceptance is pathetic. So this 3.82% for exact 7.5K inr is not practical.

I'm speaking about offline spends/ shopping in malls (like zudio, trends, central, etc as most of them prefer to shop offline for clothing) or having food/ dining or even dmart groceries shopping. My online shopping is mostly in Amazon or flipkart which are already covered by Apay icici and Flipkart axis cards and both are LTF for me. These are my use cases. But yeah it depends on the person's requirement as well.
