Hello everyone,

I talked to kiwi customer support regarding their reward policy https://www.gokiwi.in/rewards-policy-v2/

and even did some trxns myself and some my friend did and I found much information on the credit card. Feel free to ask your questions too but from what I know I'll write here

My limit is 3L so I can get only 1% rewards. Now many confusion here, is this 1% in INR (Cashback claim) or Kiwi's? So my frnd confirmed this and also I confirmed from customer care too. These are in Indian rupees. So basically if your limit is 3L then you can get 12,000 kiwis per month max from your rupay card scan payments. 12k kiwis means 3k rs. (0.25 inr per kiwi or 1rs per 4 kiwis).

Now, I want to know from cc, are milestone benefits (3%/4%/5%) included in the per month 1% limit?? He said No. It is excluded. So let's say u did 1.5L trxn in a month. That means you will get 12k pts i.e 3k rs. Now as the 1.5L means you reached your 5% milestone, so you will get additional 3% next month. This 3% is extra benefit and it is not included in the month that you did the trxn on neither it is included in the month when you received the extra 3% (2% already given instantly and 3% later when milestone reach) benefit.

Additionally I asked CC, what does the term "month" constitutes?? is it like 1st to 30th or is it billing cycle?? He said it is monthly not billing statement cycle.

Also I asked CC, when we did normal upi trxns on kiwi app like bank to bank and sometimes we get kiwis on that too, are those included in that 1% limit per CL???? He asked seniors and then said No, that is excluded too. Means you get that extra benefit and he said anyways normal upi trxn from bank to bank "rarely" get benefit so it is excluded.

I asked him tons of other questions too, which he answered. The only downside of this card is we get 2% after milestone lapses. Also neon membership will prolly cost 1k next yr.

I am getting error already reported to kiwi support & twitter team till now no updates except kiwi app able to link every upi app like cred, paytm rupay upi, samsung pay section.

Anyone passed through kindly suggest how to overcome.

I'm facing similar problem since from a month and kiwi customer support almost dead just drop mail to their griveilnce email after 15 working days then they mey speed solution.

I am waiting from week almost support is dead from kiwi even twitter support as well ,even yes bank is better seems even they responded over mail issue from kiwi side.

I have been unable to use the Kiwi app for the past 40 days, so I tried updating my mobile number. Kiwi requested a duly filled form and KYC documents, which I sent twice to their Chennai office. The first time, I didn’t include my PAN card. The second time, I sent three signed forms, a color copy of my PAN card, and my Aadhaar card.

However, they keep rejecting the request, citing a "signature mismatch" even though my signature matches. Despite multiple follow-ups via email to Kiwi customer service, Yes Bank customer service, and grievance channels, there has been no update regarding the mobile number and Gmail ID update in the Kiwi app.

Drop an email to Yes Bank PNO, if no response from them then go to RBIO
But yes bank mention issue from kiwi side,

Even card able to link every upi app like paytm, cred everywhere working even transaction happening from upi mode ,

except kiwi their own app till now no resolution from kiwi side already ticket raised & twitter as well.

Yes it's resolved the mobile number changing issue finally, but it took me 45 days hard follow up from kiwi app tickets, Twitter follow up and after dropping mail griveilnce & to Co-founder(Mohit- search linkedin for their mail) for Kiwi. Email linking still not working smooth and transaction and statment details not yet fetching by kiwi we can ignore at this moment and we can ask them later for that.

Then first step here is update your signature in your credit card then follow the next step. Tips for signature it's automatically they taken from your PAN most case instead of your vkyc signature so try with both if you have different signature.

Just ask me as quatation since I was in similar boat it got resolved, do you have kiwi account with old number as well new number?
