When u said "via upi csb transaction" I thought u meant that u did upi payment using jupiter upi. It is written in the TnC that u will get jewels only on doing payment through csb card upi on Jupiter app. If u use other upi apps u wont get the accelerated 10% neucoins.

I recently started using this card. can someone confirm if the Jewels can be converted to cash credit or any form of statment t credit irrespective of whether you have a jupoter bank acx or not or is it all a trick and scam

Jewels become redeemable after 30 days. You can just use it pay any cc bill. You don't need any jupiter account.
