When u said "via upi csb transaction" I thought u meant that u did upi payment using jupiter upi. It is written in the TnC that u will get jewels only on doing payment through csb card upi on Jupiter app. If u use other upi apps u wont get the accelerated 10% neucoins.

Jewels become redeemable after 30 days. You can just use it pay any cc bill. You don't need any jupiter account.

In pdf, I could see link and from there, there are multiple options like debit card, upi & netbanking.

The only issue here is I can't edit the amount. Let say the bill generated of 8k then I can't pay in splits.

I guess he wants to get extra cashback by paying through mobikwik/other 3rd party apps. Until CSB registers itself on BBPS we wont be able to pay in parts through 3rd party apps.

BTW if u have done part payment in Jupiter, u can still pay the total bill using the link on mobikwik and claim the remaining negative balance back to ur bank account through Jupiter app. This would be an indirect way to do part payment until the bbps thing is sorted.

It can take upto 2 days if u paid from 3rd party apps.
