Indusind Pinnacle

Since MasterCard ban is lifted now, I requested Indusind bank to upgrade my Legend card to Pinnacle credit card, and I received the attached response.

Indusind bank didn't get the news or is there something I'm missing?

What is your limit and how old is the card?

What needs to be said to customer care executive so that the request for upgrade is considered?

Last year. I was already having Platinum early. But I saw Paisabazar was offering LTF pinnacle to new customer. So i emailed bank and after few days I was upgraded to LTF pinnacle

There is nothing much special in pinnacle = lengend, some times I feel lengend is a best option since u get Ltf and eazydiner subscription for free

Totally agreed. I have accumulated only 6 rewards points in 4-5 years. You can imagine how agressively I used card😂

Infact legend has premium looks. Pinnacle looks like basic

Even i too have pinnacle, i opted it for exclusive account just before master card ban. Which is a main benifit i reep from pinnacle

After devaluation. Not much difference. For Pinnacle rewards in statment balance redemption was 1:1. Now it's reduced

It's 1.875% now after devaluation in April 2022 (1 RP = ₹0.75 cash value). And 1.5% on Legend for weekend spends. And they have introduced redemption fee of ₹100 + GST.

One more thing i want to mention about pinnacle. I was never able to use BMS B1G1 offer. As It always showed. Offer starts after 00:00 next day

There is a way to bypass redemption fee using twid rewards, and pinnacle still offers 2.5%(1rp=1₹) rewards on all online spends except few categories

One more thing i want to mention about pinnacle. I was never able to use BMS B1G1 offer. As It always showed. Offer starts after 00:00 next day

It has few slots each day one is at midnight 12 and 11am and some times 7pm we need to book immediately when slots are opened same thing goes for legend as well
