Indusind bank indie saving account.

Recently I opened indusind bank indusind saving account but by default they had made home branch from 400km from my location.
But there is branch which just 10km from my location.How can I change branch?

Also, I have one doubt that, if I don't do vkyc within 1years then will that account will freeze or that account will close permanently?

You can request CC for the same. if they cant do it then shoot a mail to PNO.

Yes Vkyc is mandatory to continue using the account after 1 year.
