INDUSIND ADD ON CREDIT CARD

I have indusind next ltf credit card since 2019 having limit 80k..
From past few days add on card offers is showing on message..
i want to know that with add on which card will they provide, either same or other to choose..
- will limit be shared i.e 40/40 or total 80 showing on both and merged?

I am consistently getting error of "Something went wrong" while applying for Indusind Add on credit card. Is anybody else facing the same issue?
