but why need 5k mab anyways in 1k how much charges would be there for sms ? imps anyways wont be of much use as ppl are opening for just rsdcGo with SB MAX account in IOB. AQB is 5000 only. SMS Alerts and IMPS are free.

Exactly, there's no need. SMS charges are like 10 rupees per quarter, IMPS 17 per transaction.
A bank employee himself suggested me to go to lower variant as higher ones don't make senes cost/benefit wise.
Hidden benefit of IOB is for remittance, they offer way better rates than most private banks HNI accounts.

Jab employe tab me details dale to Samne dekhte rehna . Jab internet bank option dikhe waha sirf bolna internet bank, cheque pe tick lagaye , visa debit card option chorde.
Fir account details email pe ajayega.
NetBanking login password email pe.
Mobile banking mpin sms me.
Uske baad 2k deposit karlo , passbook miljayega and then atm form bhardo aur uske upar select Rupay likh dena. And charges also 800+ gst

Usme visa debit ka option tha. Rupay Select ka nai isiliye.

Then physical Cheque book ka kata hai 59. Tumne cheque book nai liya hoga.

Yes chequebook while technically free has a 59 rs delivery charge. Naaptolesque logic.
