I received only 1% cashback for a hotel booking transaction on Cleartrip using Axis Flipkart Credit Card. In the statement, the transaction has been reported incorrectly as a Travel transaction, whereas I booked a hotel. While paying, it was showing 5% cashback on Axis Flipkart CC, but after the bill generation, only 1% was received. A few days back, I booked another hotel and correctly received 5% cashback. I am attaching the statement screenshot for reference, where the problem is in the last hotel booking transaction of Rs 77,485
Has anyone faced a similar problem? How difficult is it to get it corrected by reporting it to Axis?
