How do I add my mothers' account to mine under family banking? I contacted her branch but they are trying to get me to open a brand new wealth account for her instead of linking her existing account to my Wealth account 😒

I have a question. If I am the primary acc holder and I have my family members under me, can I manage their transactions?

As in will I have the permissions to view their transactions?

Hey guys,

When I try to add a family member through iMobile, I get a technical error at the end. It just says please try after some time. Tried a couple of times already.

Anyone else get this error? Is there a way to do this via their desktop site instead of mobile app? Couldn't find the option...

I remember it's mobile only option. You can enroll family member in app only if you have wealth account.

For Family 360, you need to visit branch only.

The whole family banking system is flawed. The RM themselves don't have any idea regarding this. They keep telling me that the only benefit such as no MAB will be shared and that the status of the primary account holder such as wealth management, etc won't be shared with the subsequent holders which doesn't even make sense when they have mentioned it clearly in their website
