How to know bank locker is vacant or all full ?

Update : after grievance . The RM called me . He was with the operational head of branch and started abusing me at the back before making the call ..

I heard something ...before he greeted me .

MC complain karata he ... ( he was so furious that why did I complain )

When locker is not actually not available how one can give to customer. He told me we have around 10000 customers and only 60-70 lockers how can I give all customer locker. I told him the common practice used by bank to ask for investment against locker .

Yes double and triple confirmed that when locker is avaible what is the bank problem to give . We dont know about others but we never ask for investment or anything. locker is not available . Sir I am closing this complaint , if you want I can visit you at your home .

Today morning . Ask my wife to go to their branch and show urgency to get a locker even if they ask any investment . She acted really excellent . Magically more than 10 lockers avaible , they gave her choice to choose which one.

On my email I have confirmation that no locker is available from the same bank staff . On my wife WhatsApp I have proof he is not agreeing 1 lakh premium but minimum 1.5L is absolutely. necessary for locker .

I again call the same guy to ask for lovker availability. He straight forwarded said ek bhi locker nahi he sir.

What to do this kind of people ?

Take it on mail that they will give locker if 1.5L premium is paid.
If required make some story, somewhere else also it was committed but after taking policy/FD they didn't give.

Yesterday I called the RM , he was drunk that time , could not recognize me and mistook me as someone else from whom he has taken some money.

He asking me to give him some time as he had invested the money in mutual fund and market is down now and can not take money out . it took him 5 minutes to recognize me .

Then he trying to manipulate like

Sir mene kaha he apko toh pakka dunga locker , bas Kab dunga iska thoda gurantee nahi de sakta but dunga jaroor .

I asked him if its necessary to transfer my account to his branch.

Ji sir it's very much necessary , I will add you in my portfolio .

Hi is like mene ek baat commitment kardia toh mein apni bhi nahi sunta .

Mene kaha locker dunga toh BM aajaye, ya cluster head ya MD cell koi nahi rok sakta .. itna believe he mere apne uppar

Agar mene mana kardia toh koi bhi aajaye PM modi bhi aajyae toh bhi locker nahi le payega .

abhi ek do din mein ek locker vacant hoga lekin humne ek elder person ko bola he Dene ke liye unke saving account mein 3 crore he . toh unko Dena padega .

NRI family he unke account mein Total 8 9 crore pade he saving mein . Unko ek dunga .

Mein NRI or HNI mein deal karta hun . 200 300 Crore mere customer portfolio size he . ( mind it it's a tier 3 city and branch 15 km away from central town)

apke account dekha tha mene 1-2 pade he . Firbhi aap transfer Kar dijiye .. mene kabhi namaste kabhi apko ek locker vacant hone pe de dunga .

I listen to him and happily agreed on his dream claims . then I asked him that can I show him a plan if HDFC has this plan I will surely do it for locker . He was very happy and asked me what Plan sir, tell me fast .

I shared the screenshot of whatsapp chat where his best friend operation head of branch directly asked my wife for 1.5 minimum investment for locker .

Saara nasha uttar gaya uska 😄. I asked him thoda dekhna kal kuchh ho paye toh kal.

Next day I whatsapp him a Hi 👋. He ignored . I waited for few hours then again messaged him if he can give me his valuable time . This time , he immediately called me guessing my next step would a email to MD cell 😋

sorry I could not reply in time , me atucally a 20 crore ka deal final Kar raha tha ..bich me abhi Bahar aake baat kar raha hun . thik he sir aap aa jaye branch mein Kar deta hun Apka locker . Locker charge 2000 he lekin hum 1000 mein Kar denge portfolio mere portfolio mein add karke .

Mene kaha bhai mere imelria customer hun . Locker toh FREE he mere liye .
