How to complaint against TVS showroom

Even after completed Bike loan.. They again and again Processing ECS for which due to low balance bank account am getting ECS failure charged of Rs.413 from bank side...

Even after told so many times to stop processing ECS they ( TVS ) not hearing anything...

Okay, never heard about it.

Better he complaint about it in RBI Ombudsman.

Collect all proofs and screenshots and wait for their final reply (helpdesk@tvscredit.com) then complaint at RBI Ombudsman.

Having Loan closure letter issued by them.. Even though they are processing ECS
